These Terms of Use govern your use of ecftmobile.com, operated by Calibration Ventures d/b/a ECFT ("ECFT"). By using the website, you agree to these terms.
Website information
The website provides general information about ECFT's professional automotive services and resources for the automotive repair industry. Website content is informational and is not a substitute for current vehicle-specific OEM service information, repair procedures, safety requirements, technical documentation or professional judgment.
Service requests
Submitting the Request Service form is a request for ECFT to review and respond to your needs. It does not create an appointment, guarantee availability, establish a price, guarantee a repair or calibration outcome, or by itself create a service agreement. Scheduling and the scope of work are confirmed separately by ECFT.
Repair Guidelines and external resources
ECFT provides links to OEM, I-CAR and other external technical resources as a convenience. Procedures, requirements and external content can change. Always verify the current vehicle-specific information from the applicable source before performing work. ECFT does not control or endorse every statement, product or service on linked third-party sites and is not responsible for their availability or content.
No guarantee of insurance reimbursement
ECFT may assist repair facilities with documentation of operations that may be necessary for a repair. Coverage, reimbursement and payment decisions are made by the applicable insurer or other responsible party. Nothing on this website guarantees payment or reimbursement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the ECFT name, branding, website design, original text and original site materials are owned by or licensed to ECFT. You may view and use the website for ordinary business and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit ECFT website content or branding without permission, except as allowed by law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious files or code, impersonate another person or business, or use the forms for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
